Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all components, hardware, and manuals are placed back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit and maintain eligibility for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for condition and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
