What is the standard shipping time for sim racing cockpits?
Most in-stock items, including our aluminum profile cockpits and racing seats, are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by region, but typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with my wheel and pedals?
Yes, our rigs are designed with universal compatibility in mind. Our mounting plates are pre-drilled for all major brands including Fanatec, Simucube, Thrustmaster, and Logitech.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. All Trak Racer cockpits come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, while electronics and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of sim rigs, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do you offer assembly services or guides?
Every product includes a detailed instruction manual. We also provide a comprehensive library of assembly videos on our official YouTube channel to help you get your rig race-ready.
Can I upgrade my rig later with more accessories?
Absolutely. Our ecosystem is modular. You can start with a basic chassis and add monitor stands, keyboard trays, gear shifter mounts, and motion systems at any time.
